Caleb Dennis
As a viticulturalist at some of New Zealand’s acclaimed wineries and a former Young Viticulturalist of the Year, our owner-director Caleb Dennis saw a need for climate-controlled wine storage in Hawke's Bay.
Personal Cellar is Caleb’s response to his own requirement for secure, accessible and climate optimised wine storage. Keeping his own wine collection at Personal Cellar makes Caleb the facility’s first customer. As a resident of Havelock North, where he is also an active volunteer firefighter, Caleb lives and works close to the storage facility.
